I think I progressed ot fast through the story and I've come to a huge wall

So basically I am at the last node for the story of canto vii, and I bascially just beat my head so hard on the wall with like lvl 50 full la manchaland ids , and a lvl 40 kurokumo ish and heath. I do have some others ids but mostly all of them are bleed and not even lvl 30 the only lvl 40 I have is kurokumo ryoshu.

as for the egos I can assure i barely have anything except the contemp awek for ryoshu and the current bps egos ( since this is my first season onto the game).

So with this summarised team, I discovered that the last boss is a chain battle dungeon like which means I should have 12 at least lvl 45 uptiered to 4 with egos uptiered to4 ( the only uptiers I Have are manha rodi and sancho ), and sadly game decided nu huh we are revoking your Don quixote privileges ( I hate it, they took my favourite char out .( I belive I will get her somewhat before the boss or pre last fight I have no idea as I do not wan to be spoiled in my story).

Long story short I managed to somehow reach with that team right before the three nodes where is consist of bloodfiends that for some reason their passive deals 5% dmg to my units just for existing (funny), and I have to go to the equivalent of three waves jus so I reach a very interesting duo ( I could've beaten them if my units weren't around like 45%-50% hp with no healing stuff ( apart from outis,rodi and gregor who had their respective mancha ids, but even with them poor gregor cant resist that much and if either one of those three loose a clash they are bound to get stunned especially upon entering with half hp). So yea I am kinda stuck at what was supposed to be a breeze imo just bcs of those countless waves of bloodfiends with 5% hp dmg to my units as passive , where I do have no ego to raise hp or deal massive aoe dmg.


So would this be a sign for me to just wait for the next season and ammass as much modules as I can and try to grind that bp for better ids , level, egos and whatnot or should I just headbutt harder and make my brain shortcircuit until I get it done ?

Uptie 4 is, for the most part, unnecessary. There are few mediocre ids that need it to even function, but most of the time an uptie 3 will do just fine. Don't fret over it too hard unless the boost is that good. Also ego threadspins are completely unnecessary even more (with the exception of a few). Run em' at 1 it barely matters, ID's should be prioritised.
First of all level ish/heath to 50. As it stands right now they are at -3 clash power which means they'll suck at canto 7. Turn lunacy into modules, use boxes, etc just get those up if you'll use em'. Take advantage of the events atm since that has a lot of exp tickets in it.
Kurokumo ryoshu is also kinda mediocre on rolling so if you have a different good 3 star use em'. Otherwise level 50.
100 roses bloodfiends aren't pushovers either because that passive staggers. If you do get to the duo, focus on cinq then zwei.

Headbutting a wall may work but you will not have fun; That was my strat at 3-17 during season 1 and it could've been prevented if I knew what upties were. Regardless the end of a canto should be a high note, not aggravating for the player. You can always come back when you think you are ready. Remember that there's little to no point to rushing the story.

headbutting is generally not a good sign for most things if you have to brute force just to play. imo it would take away from the motivation in having fun. if it's too much, no harm in waiting. also that 5% area you speak of is actual hell incarnate, funny because i think we are getting the abnormality behind that as a refraction railway boss somewhere in the gauntlet as well.

thanks for the advice, I will take my notes and do the work. yeah I did farm xp and stuff like that and put a lot of them into my ids, aha so uptier 4 arent that much of a diff ( I also did notice that but I thought is a bit important). Yea I did notice the level is the most important part for the most of time, problem is I already spend a lot of it on the bp to fully complete it with some tiers in, and now I am kinda lacking on resources to make xp and I belive the current railway will run out since I dont have time until 20 to make 25 modules to at leas tclaim that xp unles I spent some more lunacy that 1-2 times a day (depending ofc I didnt really do the math if I were to spend the lunacy ). As for the ids yea unfortunately I do not have anyother ryoshu that isn't a 3 star. and as for the other two events I've already completed them too, problem is I used to run a kurokumo team early in the story due to necesity and yea I kinda realised I did waste some xp tickets.


Also I don't really wanna rush through the stories is just the writting is so good and I cannot wait to discover the song and meaning behind it when I reach a boss that why it got me so engaged, but it seems this games really like to mae pre bosses harder than the actuall boss XD.(especially from canto 4 I really wanted to reach the 7 because I noticed the cantos come in order of the sinners's first appearence int the story and don quixote really is a char I loved , second being ishmael).

Yea I quess I will just ammas modules and spend a few of them for leveling up while keeping a good resource for the next season that Idk when it will come.

relatable. I wonder what dante feels like when he sees his 45 sanity sinners lose the world's easiest clash. you'll get them eventually and then you'll get to enjoy the great ending of this canto and the prelude to the next canto

. and yes I sitll have lvl 40 heath and 43 ish. I just brought out a faust with fluid sac but that faust is the grippe and the problem is I have no means to make gloom for fluid sac
