What a great addition to the game, really made me want to stick around for longer...
I mean, in OP's defense they've only just started recently, so a little gacha gambling early on is fine while they are still getting a decent team with whatever the gacha has blessed them with.
Funnily enough, you actually can. You can pick up to 10 announcers that you've unlocked and you'll get any of the announcers to comment on the fight at random.
Started during SEA (Way before the new manager + returning manager bonus was a thing) and ran only base ID's through story (Still do).
Worked on dispersing everything until I now have all of them.
To me, pulling is a scam when a much better + more guaranteed option is there. Now that announcers are in the pool it seems like pulling is now an even bigger scam.
That part is for the most part incorrect. Announcers do not affect the odds of EGO and OOO. You get them instead of O.
However, if you happen to roll an announcer on your rigged 10th pull, you will get it over an OO instead. Even then, a dupe announcer offers 50 thread boxes, while a dupe OO gives 15 shards. Up to you to decide what is more valuable.
I personally wouldn't mind getting another announcer besides Dante, but I loathe the thought of getting dupe announcers instead of an identity I am aiming for.
