Consistently getting Fusion Recipe EGO gifts. Is there a way?

I'm trying to get Hemorrhagic Shock, but Ruptured Blood Sac seems to never come up. It doesn't seem to be craftable, and I never seem to find the event for Headless Ichthys. Is there a way to get it (or other rare gifts) commonly?

Yes. It's not exclusive to certain FLOOR THEME PACKs & it has Keyword.

Fuse it in any FLOOR with Keyword BLEED.

Use 3 E.G.O. GIFTs for 90% of getting that Keyword you want.

It's Tier III so you use Tier III, Tier II, & Tier I or Tier II, Tier II, & Tier II.

Nevermind, just read a guide on it. The problem was that I'm grinding MDN5 but some are Hardmode exclusive.

If it helps, what I ussually do for Bloody Mist is...
1 - Pick the packs (90): top row 5th, top row 3rd, bottom row 2nd.
2 - Restart MDH run until tier 3 fusion gift is started with (reroll the floors 3 times).
3 - Reroll in shops for second tier 3 gifts, if any, via keyword reroll. Also for lower tier ones.

Since this was built on BM, dunno if it'll go any faster on other fusion gifts. Ussually gets me BM on floors 2-3 or on floor 4's end. It's no guarantee, but so far even the worst run produced BM at floor 4-5 when it was most needed.
(Never got the hang of the crafting system, so dunno if that's any better...)
