TT is not actually a bleed ID. he only inflicts a bit of potency on S1 and on U4 only benefits slightly if enemy is bleeding to all hell.
KK is outdated. can't clash, doesn't like bleed count. only usefull for cloudcutter.
Hook is fast, has evade, inflicts plenty of bleed and bleed count. S3 does very high damage
Kurokumo Hong Lu is the opposite of all the other kurokumo IDs, he hates count. Which is funny since all the other KK id's apply high count, such as Ryoshu who is seen as the Debuffer for the KK team if your like me who brings teams who go with eachother. (I hate mix matching, if I bring KK I'm bringing a whole squad of KK whether they suck or not.) Remember the days in Season 1 and 2 where KK honglus spotlight was his S2 bread and butter, with a side of jam?
One of his funnier gimmicks is his S3, dealing more damage against low HP targets, even on broken body parts, so you can get some high damage in really easily
If you get other bleed IDs for other sinners and end up benching Hook Lu, I'd recommend swapping him out for Kurokumo Hong Lu because an [On Kill] support passive for 1 Attack Power Up isn't that great, while extra bleed potency is usually better
tl;dr Hook Lu great on field, bad as support
If you have battlepass though, you probably could
Can be exhausting, though, woes of a F2P player
