why i can't download game
it stuck at downloading and now i can't do anything to launch this game. i try everything that clear caches or even delete steam but it doesn't work

If nothing you've tried helps, then it's probably a network problem, not a problem on your device. Nothing you can do in that case but wait and hope.

Is there some part of "network error" you don't understand?
