The game contains only an interpretation of 'Moby ♥♥♥♥' in it. Comparing it like it's the same thing because it has it in it is in bad faith.

The relationship of QQ and Ishmael isn't portrayed as vividly in the game as it is in the book too. So while there are some 'romantic' moments like E. G. when QQ described Ish's hair and the knife scene.
It doesn't go to the "Bosom buddy skin on skin" level like in the book and we'll never know how far it went.

So yeah, I'd say that Limbus portrays their pairing as more Friendship-like rather than Romantic and/or ♥♥♥♥♥♥ like in the book. But I'm me and you are you, we will never think the same.

While people that are so against seeing that in games lately, there is no winning in that argument. This further supports the theory, also applies to the hint of Sinclair's art is contrasted. It means Sinclair is both boy(for Damian) and girl(for Kromer), hence Sinclair is double homosexualing.
