Canto 7 Spoilers - Help with second to last fight

EDIT: I did it! Leaving the thread up for anyone looking for help still.

I did it with the exact lineup I mentioned, base EGOs.

Strategy: Beelined Barber. The only skills I clashed with were Barber's. Priest's two coin skill, and Dulcinea's attack.

By the time you stagger Barber (Turn 2 for me) Dulcinea will use here 'Finale' AoE. I used my Cinq Mer's speed to hit his EGO to debuff her attack before clashing it with Heath's EGO. During this time I would also finish off Barber.

After that, I devoted most of my actions to clashing Dulcinea, especially her counter, and doing any extra damage I could to her as well. My Nclair was free to burst down both the Priest and Dulcinea into a stagger and it was just a steady battle of attrition until the end.

My main mistake aside from lots of bad luck with speed, and bleed damage putting me into stagger threshold, was not putting enough attention on Dulcinea. It was tempting to burst down the priest afterwards but that clearly wasn't the move for my team.

There was a thread already posted earlier but that information hasn't helped, and I've already scoured Reddit for this with no dice.

My strategy has been:
Focus Barber, ignore Dulc's buffs, clash remaining 2-3 attacks.

Barber gets melted, but my problem is with the remaining two. Team's health trickles down to bleed, and eventually someone loses a clash to Dulc. on an AoE move resulting in 2-3 sinners getting staggered, and it snowballs into a loss.

I have 8 sinners level 50 and uptied to 4, and options for the other 3 as far as ID's go are unfortunately very lacking. I don't have any fancy healing ego's, and frankly don't have the time and patience to grind for a very long time until I have a full team unless that really is the only way.

My line up is --- Priest Gregor, Barber Outis, Cinq Meur, N. Clair, W. Ryo, R. Heath, Liu Ish, Spice Yi Sang.

Any recommendations?

Sinking team with Faust's Fluid Sac is probably the most straightforward method. Allows you to plain power through the bleed. The battle does take a while though.
