The enemy trials are too eak
It's not really hard but its fun so, eh.
4 waves of super fast corroded EGO boosted by MD buffs making them pretty much unclashable is no joke.
Well, some MD speedrunner may complain but I really enjoyed it.
i dont understand if people are sleeping on it or just dont care
Free level ups is pretty insane.
This isn't about you.
Disclaimer: I ran MDH twice to double check on it's difficulty.
1st run was with Sinking team with only 3 @lvl50 and the rest lvl45.
2nd run was all defaults all lvl50, even with defaults MDH is a winrate fest until the last boss because all the bonus' and EGO gifts you can start off with is way too OP.
These can be dramatically more difficult when clearing enemies too quickly, bring in new enemies with several more skill slots than your side.
Floors are noticably shorter as even Hard mode seems to keep the floor length the same? And Mounting Trials also seem overall weaker as well. Only thing they've done to make it harder is actually lower the overall amount of Cost & Ego Gifts you can get in a run, on top of the fodder gifts thrown in.
MD transitioned from being like a roguelite back in MD2 to being more of a casual sandbox mode nowadays.
Less strategic/challenging gameplay. More stuff to discover, more freedom to experiment with teamcomps, more ways to become as overpowered as possible.
After they nerfed bleed I kinda got hooked up to rupture/charge hybrid team. Good clashes from charge, and enemies pop with rupture you can stack from gifts. Although, maybe bleed is still okay, I am waiting for Sancho to try it out there.
I litteraly killed the boss on 5 floor in 2 turns
