the reason i choose gregor as roland because i think their personality kinda match?!?!?! (i dont know, maybe because i like gregor) and rodya as angelica because she is cheery

I don't think gender of the original character the ID is based off of matters much, given that Hong Lu is getting Tamaki of Full Stop Office, if the teaser artwork from the Anniversary stream is anything to go by, and (Leviathan spoilers) Garnet briefly assumed the Identity of Lulu of Streetlight Office, among other things.
Otherwise yes, they both assumed the guise of Black Silence so even if gender was a restricting factor then it probably wouldn't be in this instance.

EDIT: Saying that, the parallels shared between Sinner and Identity would suggest that there would need to be an Angelica to the Roland, and a Roland to the Angelica, even if not another Sinner then at the very least an important and significant other. So yeah, if anyone's getting it then Heathcliff is the main-est contender given what we know for now.
Alternatively, a Gregor just for the gag of having every single arm modifier tucked away behind the gloves.
