Feel free to add me, I have everything lvl 50 UT4/TS4 so if you wanna test some stuff just ask. Wildhunt is definitely a fun unit to bring since he gets a special buff and dialogue, you could borrow a molar ishmael (can dodge a lot of his attacks and apply big sinking count) or Lament YiSang (Solid ID with good sinking).

As for what I did, do not redirect Dulcinea's buff attacks, and beeline towards the minions. Killing all of them will stagger her. Then repeat. Also, don't underestimate Xichun; let her take clashes she will win. Rodion with Pursuance helps as it can overcome her attack weight skills while also holding you out for a game of attrition; this is doubly helpful as you may want to outright ignore her other attacks to focus on the summons. Not sure how helpful this may be to anyone else, but it worked first-try for me, whose build is pretty much scrambled eggs.

Ah, tragic case of Project Moon enjoyers being unable to read. Dulcinea isn't even 32. I'm going to bet I either used Wild Hunt Heath or Dieci Rodion somewhere in the build for Hindley, though.

Hindley is Wild Hunt solo material, isn't it? If not, throw in another ID to take the first turn of hits. Also time when you mount dullahan to line up with your first stagger.

Bad news, rng hates me so much that clashes keep failing even with 35+ sp, so i might still have to go with a 6 man group

Solo can be a bit tough unless you resist their damage type or start with ego resources. Taking at least 2 or 3 effective sinners will let you spread out the damage better so that you're not eating crap for the first 3 rounds (Hindley will rack up your bleed really high and really quick if he has more attacks than you and is focusing 1 unit).

Starting the fight with a critically underlevelled unit who self-sacrifices on the first turn pretty much guarantees a Wild Hunt win in this case, iirc, if you know when to time the mounting. Wild Hunt is a very good ID for boss solos explicitly due to their ability to ignore stagger atop already being a great clasher. I've no idea, in fact, how they're losing clashes with him against Hindley.
