Something to note about using a sinking team is that it can backfire on you if you're not careful with it, since reducing sanity can also be a bad thing, since there's at least a boss out there that benefits from negative sanity. On top of that, if you haven't tried out Railway yet, they've also tossed out a bunch of enemies that can corrode with their own EGOs. So, be wary with what you're fighting against, since all of Railway stuff usually ends up in MD, eventually, and you might also stumble onto enemies in story, events and such that benefit from negative SP.
as i said in my first comment. sinking is generally a better team. less expensive too cuz you dont need full setup to get use out of it. keep in mind op is deciding between tremor and sinking.
