Can someone actually explain the difference between clash power and final power?

From what i gathered on the internet, all i understood is that they both do the same thing, they are literally resulting in the same outcome with no difference at all. Is there like an actual difference or nah?

clash power will only affect their clash power but not when they do dmg/actually hitting their target, so it has no impact to their dmg
Final power is clash power but without that drawbacks.

Pretty sure the difference is that Clash power only applies during the clash and goes away for damage, whereas Final Power applies to Clash and Damage

Clash Power is Final Power in Clash. Final Power is Final Power in Clash & Unopposed.
