Walpurgis Night Notification

Since Walpurgis is going to be released in September, the release of Walpurgis is either going to be on the 5th KST (When Wildhunt extraction ends) or the 19th (2 weeks after Wildhunt banner ending).

Hope you've been hoarding enough lunacy and extraction tickets.

She is most definitely going to be a 00 ID, and 00 Id's never get teased until the trailer they drop in.

I'm going to guess it's a 3 star, mostly because of that livestream where they showed 5 things that are going to be released. One's an EGO, two of them are the announcers and two are the IDs. The one thing that I've noticed is the two announcers had their own colors, while the IDs had the same color, although this can be a bit of a stretch and there could be a 2 star.

My idea was based off of the regular spider bud ego equipment, but looking at the stream, it looks like ryoshu will have a special weapon ver. of the spider bud ego equipment, cause making her carry that blunt type mace, while her ego's are slash would be pretty weird.

She also has an arm band making her a captain, naw, i can see why everyone is calling her a 000 ID now. It'd actually be more crazy to think she's a 00 ID now that i went to go check it out.

It's actually much simpler than that. During stream KJ drew 000 both near Coffin Sang and Spider Ryo, so yeah. It seems to be same as with BL event, where only Salt got teaser image, so 000 BL Faust was surprise.

I wonder why Spider Bud gets so much acclaim. I mean, it is a TETH in base game, whilst our sinners already fought with several HE lvlv stuff and WAW Kim. I'd understood if it was the Samurai Armor TETH, the one that deals pale damage, or it was a Punishing Bird, for a future Apoc Bird set-up (hopefully). But I mean, spiders? And it will be a 000? No way imo. I was hoping we'd get another HE abno back in action,

Probably to bait owners of both Spider EGO's to get her aswell for aesthetics
Maybe unique synergy aswell, which is even more bait
Also you don't want to get out all of your bangers too quick, and WN4 got Coffin Abno, which is pretty popular, so really Spider Ryo is just accomplimentary dish to it, which works cause "you got spider egos, so there's no way you can miss spider ryo"

I feel like it's incorrect to get lost in the weeds of Risk Level stuff, since the first Walpurgisnacht brought Regret, which is based on a TETH, and one of the least interesting in the game. And then Regret Faust was an amazing ID with excellent design and some delightfully chunky animations that gave a lot of love to something that was about as typical filler as gear was back in Lob Corp. Lantern came along behind Magic Bullet and had a similarly impressive glow-up, not to mention Magic Bullet itself.
So of course the Spider Bud is getting acclaim, of course people are hyped for it; there's a pattern and it's that every Lcorp ID is a winner.

Honestly i fully agree with this. I love walpurgisnacht mainly for the love stuff from past games get. A few i wanna see are laetitia, price of silence and singing machine (lor version). As well as the alephs (but no ♥♥♥♥ we wanna see em).

To be fair, We are hardly 1/3rd through the story.

We didn't get apoc related material until binah floor in lor. So Stuff like Apocalypse bird will probably not come in the walpurginacht night till way later along with colored fixers.

In terms of Teth Abnormalities, Spider bud is a pretty great choice, and we are still getting a HE Level Abno equipment as well, Funeral of the dead butterflies.

and there are several Teth level abnormalities they could potentially add in that are still just as interesting as HE Abnormalities.

Naw, don't talk about my boi regret like that. Regret is an amazing abno with a unique weapon that isn't just another re-skinned mace or gun that several weapons had in Lobotomy corp. Especially if you go off of LoR Regret. I love it in all 3 games.

Lantern also had a pretty unique looking weapon and was a great choice, i wouldn't call it a glow up.

I think people that were bummed about spider bud, were upset because of what the ego equipment is in lob corp, it has a plain re-skinned mace like weapon, which wouldn't had fit with her ego's either. However, it looks like that won't be the case. It looks like they are going to give her an actual new weapon. from what was available in Lob Corp, which is actually pretty cool.

Eeeh, it made more sense, since despite being TETH, it was assigned to control team captain. And usually, it is the weakest department, since people generally would put more risky stuff to more powerful departments, like Gebura's, which gives more attack power during supression, or Chesed, which gave def power, or Tipleth, which just has more room.

Not every remotely close. Since it's based on Danto's Inferno, it will feature Hell, Purgatory and Heaven, each with 12 Canto's. So it's 36 Cantos at minimum, and we're only coming to 7th one. So more like 1/5, honestly.
