Sinking Team advice?

How important is Manor Outis/Manor Greg for Sinking team?
Because I don't have them, but I have Spice Sang, Key Lu, Molar Ish and Dieci Rodion. That's 4 out of 6, so I wonder if I have to shard them, or maybe I can substitue with Manor Faust or something

Lazy to write a long essay but the rather short answer is :
Very Important, you have no replacement for Outis, I mean your other options are Mexican Sinclair or Bug Outis?

As for Manor Greg, he's good but his main function is to fuel Rime Shank, without him the Sinking team only has 1 source of Envy and that's from D Rodya S2 (asume you run Molar instead of R Ishmael), He also has the strongest SP heal EGO (+35sp) if you include him in sinking team as a bonus.

Manor Faust has a nice Synergy with Manor Outis, making their Wifi more consistent, but more often you can just replace her with D Hong Lu and bench her for her support passive.

Her Skills 2 reduces 3 Counts but inflicts 2 Counts.

butler outis inflicts echoes of the manor which is: •easier clashes as bosses gain "bad luck" and 50% to inflict +1 sinking count whenever sinking is inflicted
edgra gregor is your main damage dealer with +5 off. lvl and can easily stack +60% damage bonus or more. he also is really good at clashing

If you aren't in a rush, you could hold off for a while until Dieci Meursault gets released in the next update and see how well he does.

Nvm I've beaten RR with 72 Turn Count without investing in it
Considering majority of fights have you fight groups of enemies it wouldn't fair very well here altogether
But thanks for replies, I will consider this at Season End
