Time Moratorium is the tremor variant of Sinking Deluge, apparently.
Her S3 can clash up to... 30? If all the Clash Power & Coin Power conditions are met. Seems crazy XD
It can go even higher because there's some other IDs that give her clash bonuses like T Corp Rodya's bench passive. I could be wrong, but I think absolute max is 33.
It's decent, I guess.
But stacking 2 turns worth of dmg on an enemy that is already staggered is overkill.
seems to be useful only in niche situations or for screenshots.
It's not really overkill, except in md. Elsewhere, like in story or RR, boss fights usually last 5~8 turns so there's plenty of windows for time moratorium to be useful.
It can also be good vs bosses with multiple stagger thresholds; you typically don't want to burn through multiple thresholds in 1 turn, so you can stagger -> apply Moratorium -> when it explodes, it'll stagger the enemy again.
I can see this being useful for Steam Transport Machine or Bamboo Hat Kim, so you can bypass the phase where he's low hp and spams his one shot everything move.
Staggering also doesn't change sin resistances, so if you do the reverb + everlasting combo, this is just a straight-up 30% damage boost. But it converts it to sloth dmg so this could be a good or bad thing depending on the enemy.
It's an "omae wa mou shindeiru" meme. And it's also an incentive to use her alongside T-corp Rodion, as she's the only one who can inflict additional time moratorium, and pop the existing one. And for big abnos, it affects a certain part, so everything else can still be staggered, etc. I guess the delay can be useful in certain situations, as it multiplies the damage by the time it expires on it's own. For example, some boss weak to sloth and your sinners don't do much damage to him with their rolls. So you place this on him, stack some dmg, and then it pops with interest. It's even better if it goes through defence lvl, but idk if it works like that. Or as demonking said there, abusing the health treshold on certain bosses, that transform in the 2nd phase, like the reaper man.
