jk... really tough fight, and really malding when my prisoners keep doing negatives while having more SP than enemies who tosses all positive on -24. But I guess that's the game's core issue.
Sinking team makes it easier, but the constant +15 sp per turn is pushing it back, so it's not fully advantage for new IDs. Peqoud Heath clashed well generally.
The thing is, after winning it, it feels more frustrating rather than "yeah that was hard and fun". 2000 hp, sp buff (although that's a guy who's supposed to be losing sanity), 0.8x overall?? Man, was the 0.8x really necessary? Fighting a 2000hp guy while everything is resisted feels like fisting a wall.
Feels like RR3 last boss though, maybe I should try burns, bleed or fragile out. Well, here we go again.
I didn't had any sinking built nor sunshower heath, but then i remembered the good old Faust representation emitter that gives +10sp to 4 sinners.
So I made my team intended to generate the 2 green n 4 blue constantly needed to spam it, on the starting round I clashed if there is chance, and used defensive skills where there was none, to avoid losing clashes and furthering the gap btw our sanity.
By round 3 I was able to put down one emitter and the SP gap was not as bad as before. Allowing more chances of successful clashes. Emitter base coin power is also higher than most of the boss atks. When the "quicktime" event triggered however I still failed, but other than heathcliff who had SP debuff and Faust whos job was to spend sanity to cast emitter, everyone else was around 30sp or so. The quicktime event also made the boss reset to 0, which granted a good advantage to clashing again.
From then on it just became a normal fight like all the fights before.
tl;dr Just bring ur best fighters (preferably not fatal to blunt if possible) and try to have faust on team and 2 green 4 blue, remember u can also borrow one unit as well, I borrowed a Cinq Clair instead of N clair who might suck up all the sp gain from emitter
As another said, you can also aim for cheap sanity gain EGO. We had Emitter but we also got another addiction with Bygone Days Gregor. You don't need sinking to benefit from Sp healing part.
As fine note, this boss doesn't even roll that high compare to other older bosses. You can absolute cook him with just spam cheap Zayin EGO. 15 turns is a lot of turns.
