[Canto 6 and LoR Star of the City Spoilers] We're Really In for it Now (Theory)

So, with our second Heathcliff fighting us, I remembered something important about a law against two or more of the same person being in the City at once.

In Library of Ruina's second R Corp reception, a T Corp researcher states:
"As per A Corp's rules, no more than one of an individual may exist in the City for longer than 7 days, clone or original. If R Corp violates this rule, it will lose its qualification as a Wing and will be shut down according to B Corp's regulations."

Looking into the time frame which both Heathcliffs are present, there's inconclusive evidence that "Matt" has been in town for longer than a week with the following:

6-10 Pre-battle: "The pub that used to sell that beer closed shop a few weeks ago. Ain't got much business around with that dreadful rumour keepin' everyone home nowadays."

6-34 Pre-battle: "You would not know this, but it snowed the day they buried Cathy. I stood there alone by her grave, nothing but the cold, wintery gust to accompany my vigil."

We know the Ring began operations around a few weeks prior, but we don't know if (for the sake of distinction) which Cathy that Matt was referring to or when he came to this world, just that he was definitely here long enough to be hired by Hindley.

I'm mostly making this post to see if anyone else remembers any frames of reference for when Matt appeared for the sake of whether or not there were two Heathcliffs within the City for longer than a week. I tried checking through Dante's notes, but there haven't been any new updates beyond the Stage 2 Peccatula on 984.11.12, or a new record on the Outskirts on 984.11.15

Granted, this all means nothing if Matt doesn't count as a Heathcliff as they aren't true clones of each other (Faust claiming he's merely an Identity), but it's still something interesting to think about. That's all I just wanted something to type out while I'm at work still

nevermind I looked at Heathcliff[?]'s death sprite and that ♥♥♥♥ is NOT Heathcliff's body we're chillin no clone business is happening at all
