HP Healing: Pursuance (Meursault and Rodion), Lantern (Sinclair), Lifetime Stew (Sinclair), Garden of Thorns (Gregor), Red Eyes (Open) (Ryoshu)
SP Healing: Ya Sunyata Tad Rupam (Heathcliff), Holiday (Outis) (Edit: Blind Obsession (Ishmael) and Bygone Days (Gregor) also work!)
HP or SP Healing: Soda (Hong Lu)
This doesn't even include self-healing EGOs like Lantern (Gregor), debuff EGOs that prevent damage in the first place like Chains of Others (Meursault), or any other ability that can heal SP (even on the user), such as Captain Ishmael's skill 3 or Middle Meursault's support passive. Faust has some of the easiest access to SP healing, but there are most certainly other options available; You just need to consider if the tradeoff of less reliable HP/SP healing is worth getting more damage, debuffs, or buffs that can help instead.
and take a look at these highly optimized RR3 runs, as not a single fluid sac was used in those runs:

Greg new Bygone Days is also very good for Sinking team, it is cheap and can heal up to 35SP to self and 2 allies, so he can heal OC Rime Shank completely after only 1 use.
Most accessible would be base Yi and Lil Bro Meursault. Yi's is a little more conditional but losing sanity passively was a common theme this canto, so his passive is still good. Lil Bro Meursault just needs 3 owned envy and two characters from the same group/company/etc. It might not spread out without a more specific team comp, but it's very potent for keeping your key IDs topped up. Even Hong Lu's base EGO passive can be an alright SP battery for a team that's regularly getting 3+ A-Res.
N Faust and Butler Faust's support passives can similarly be significant SP batteries for the right team, and you don't have to have her on the team to get the effect.
Bit of a hot take but if your team can't run without HP and SP healing, it's a bad team.
You don't need to keep clinging to that safety blanket.
Base Yi Sang support passive: SP
Base Faust EGO: SP
Base Hong Lu support passive: SP
Base Hong Lu EGO passive: SP
Base Gregor support passive: HP
Base Gregor EGO support: HP (Self heal only, requires him to be below 25% hp to start healing
Base Don EGO/EGO Passive: HP (Self heal only, also needs a bleed ID/EGO/EGO gift for EGO passive healing)
HP/SP healing available for 2 star IDs:
Butler Faust: SP (only viable for sinking teams)
Lantern Don: HP (Self heal only)
Lantern Don support passive: HP (For IDs with aggro mechanic only)
Little Bro Meursault support passive: SP (team needs members from same faction)
AFAIK only Don and Ryoshu lack any sort of EGO that can provide SP OR HP healing to another sinner, and Ryoshu still has her Chef ID to provide healing if you really want it.
They ALREADY have HP healing called Pursuance. What do you even mean?
some part of me misses that clash loss = sp loss ngl, would make intentional corroding without the required resources much easier, alongside making more enemies with sanity lose their sp without needing sinking/sanity damage, tho then again it was changed for a reason, snowballs too hard in either direction.
