Ye, fetch that one. Very powerful, specially with a lot of gloom in the team.
Reindeer contribution to the Sinking stack is therefore -2/+2/-4 on s1/s2/s3 respectively.
By comparison, Molar is a 0/-2/+2, but the story doesn't end there, if you activate her passive, each hit adds +1 count, turning her into the undisputed best inflictor in the game at +2/0/+5. The activation does require a smidge of Tremor to work, but fortunately, she inflicts that too.
So for a Deluge combo team, she's not just the best Ishmael, she's the slot 1 of the team to get the extra turn, ASAP.
Bonus feature, her Evade is a 10+4 (where normally you would expect 4+10), so she's a lot more consistent at 0 sanity evasion.
Yeah, Molar Boatworks is already great at T3. R Ishmael is high maintenance at T3, needing both to juggle her Charge for her S3 and her terrible -15SP passive at 3 Gloom Res (On a sinking team? hah).
At T4, she generates more Charge, needs less for her S3 and her terrible passive switches from 'Always -15SP' to just '-15SP if you don't deal damage this turn'.
Personally, I've always stuck Molar on my sinking team with great results, R Ish feels like a unit with another purpose, but with sinking tacked on.
Molar Ishmael is superior in almost every way, except for the skill 3. But Mind Whip needs to be overpowered to make up for how much effort it takes to get it.
If I had to pick between recommending R Corp or Molar Ishmael for a newcomer, I'd recommend Molar, only because her 10-14 evade is superior to every other defensive skill in the game.
R Corp is worth it for Ishmael's canto, though, since there's that one skill check.
10 base evade is one of cheesest thing to start a fight with 0 sanity. She can trivialize multiple attacks with very low risk.
If you're choosing between using Molar and using Maid it's really simple; pick Molar. Maid has really good Clashing on a really easy condition, but pays for it in Sinking infliction, so she's the worse pick for Sinking teams compared to Molar who is one of the best Sinking inflictors if you're just looking at IDs.
Imo she's more suitable in charge team, bcs i forgot her third skill can attack teammate if her charges is below 8
First of all, Molar Ishmael is pure piercing, so she's going to suffer a lot against resistant enemies. Maid Ishmael has a blunt skill 1 while 2 and 3 are slashing. Speaking of which, she can also impose slashing fragility, which can allow some very heavy hitters (W and Maid Ryoshu, Heir Gregor, etc.) to burst something down that much harder.
There's also sin affinities to consider, depending on your EGOs. Gluttony is in short supply in sinking teams. Sloth less so but it can be an issue without Dieci Rodion or Spicebush.
Well, maid Ishmael looks cute, so, understandable. Good luck in mines.
Maid Ish does several things, but doesn't excel at any of them specifically. She can integrate into other teams (haste, poise) easier though.
