Probably. Grab an ID from friend with some WAW ego and test it out, simple as. Considering that it heals SP loss on turn end for Philclair, it might work there as well, though not sure.

The effect triggers at the End of the Turn,
So yes, it should affected by sanity drain(also because you just drained like +30 sanity )

tbh i think the Ring Yi sang support is better for Sanity loss plans because you can get alot more sanity back, faster, and for multi coin egos(well currently faust everlasting, and fairy festival ego for ishmael,) expecially fairy ego,(to negate the minor sanity loss and gain more)
