EGO resources disappearing?

Kay so I've just finished Yield My Flesh to Claim Their Bones and Hell's Chicken Hard(kinda forgot about it) and I've noticed those Mirror Dungeons taking away my resources every few turns for some reason?
I never used EGO in those 2 dungeons yet I kept noticing random resourced turning red and lowering. In Mirror of the Wuthering and Canto dungeons my resources kept piling up when using similar IDs. I didn't even have passives for every color/sin so why would they all be lowering??

Hmm, in Hell's Kitchen Hard I had no ego resource relevant gifts and only one in Yield My Flesh to Claim Their Bones, that being Perversion, starting gift in both cases was Wound Clerid which doesn't spend resources as far as I know.

I noticed something similar in the first few times I did the latest event dungeon, definitely had no ego gift that'd convert or remove any sin resources and wasn't spamming ego or anything, I thought it was a balancing gimmick or something related to the dungeon and after I 'realized' that I skipped out on grinding it and instead went for MHD runs.

Likely a bug, the only things i recall can mess with sin resources(conversion wise)
Oracle(convert 1 of the highest own resource into the least owned)
Lifetime stew don quixote(converts 2 random sin rsc into 1 lust rsc)
Rose minion spawned from sign of roses, this one corresponds to the sin color however
"Mantra" skill used by MFE's lured enemies, all 3 share that skill
