Though for realsies, if this isn't some trollpost:
-Level up yo sinners! Take the level requirement to heart, dammit. Too hard? Level up.
-High clash values are the simplest way to beat these encounters. Look at each sinner's "Skill 1/2/3" (also named S1 to S3). Count how big the base value + coins add up. Go for big numbers. Pick IDs for sinners (typically 000 IDs) that have nice big rolls, don't bother with (de)buffs for story missions, they're ineffectual at best, and hard to pull off at worst (and still not as good as simply winning all the clashes).
Edit: Specifically, it helps to go for S2's and S3's that roll 16+ values total.
-Try to bring IDs that are at tier III(3) or IV(4). Units below that lack essential moves and have notable speed roll reductions. Not great to bring them overall, as they're only marginally better then the "base" Sinner IDs, at best.
-Might be worth exploiting certain Sinners' E.G.O's. Faust is a good SP group-healer, which helps win clashes. Meursault lets you debuff the enemy pretty thoroughly, and so on.
-You can borrow specific units from friends, or if they're lacking it too, maybe "Shard" it from the Dispenser. K-Corp Hong Lu comes to mind. May wanna get him for a future POS battle.
-Sometimes, final bosses have fun reactions that work in your benefit if you bring a specific ID. The results can be... staggering! (Only in story dungeons, though, not MDs/etc, sadly.)
-As for Kromer, hard to say. Burn/Bleed get punished pretty hard, so best focus on good clash values? Maybe a friend has powerful 000 IDs to borrow. Or be sure to level-up, as being underlevelled means the enemy hits harder AND rolls higher. Ouch.
Have Fun.
