Floor 5: Wave 1: Clash if needed, DEFENSE Skills if Unopposed, stall as long as possible. Wave 2: Same as Floor 4 except he uses Counter instantly.
Unsure there is a way to guarantee a win from the setup you got in your screenshot. You got some evade IDs, but I recall him being able to outroll evades.
If he targets a counter-user that can actually tank the hit, you can use that defense skill to inflict some damage (His counter slot doesn't activate on that), but that -60% damage you got going is just going to be piddly damage.
You don't seem to have much in the way of static damage stacks (Like bleed/rupture/burn). Those Charge-envy nukes ain't going to be much help unless they line up perfectly to kill him before he counters.
Note that you can get lucky... I don't know what dictates his usage of his counter move. The first time I fought him, he kept using it every turn from Turn 2 and on.
...then on the attempt I won it, he never used his counter once all 7 turns the battle took. It was a Floor 4 node, if I recall correctly, floor 5 like you... and the previous wave of 13-15 evage slot mooks kinda make retrying a lot unappealing.
Frankly, I'd just forfeit that run, you got the majority of the rewards from it since you reached floor 5.
I think Floor 4 is harder because I retried a few times after he killed someone despite DEFENSE Skills. I used Red Eyes (Open) to Stagger him before he kill.
Therefore, I also recommend some Slash E.G.O. with many Atk Weights in TURN 1 & TURN 2.
From there he has 5% chance to win a coinflip.
