Do we have any confirmacion about closure of Railway 3
i ask because i was thinking on finishing after Canto 4 Update
That way i get the shard boxes withouth having them Half on the update

Yes. When Refraction Railway Line 4 comes.

They will inform you when RR4 comes. It should be one or two months away, after S4 and MD4, so no worry.

I think reward boxes from railway are explicitly season 3 ones, so they get halved anyway even if you claim them after season change. But it should still be a couple months before we switch to RR4 and you can level up your team to new cap after the update to make clearing it a little bit easier.

The only bonus for clering RR now and not in season 4 is an extra fancy profile background if you do it within the turn limit.

It's the main difficulty content in the game and seeing it tossed is unfortunate.

what? how does the boxes work?
- i get half of them and the other as treath boxes
- just half of shard boxes
- get 100% of shard boxes
that is my inquiry now

• As a general rule, season change = shard boxes/shards get halved, with the half converting to thread boxes/thread.
  
• If you haven't claimed the boxes for beating Station 7/9 and claim them after the season change, you will get the amount of boxes listed.
  
• If you have claimed the boxes for beating Station 7/9 and don't use them before the season change, any remaining thread boxes will be halved, with the half converting to thread boxes.
  
• Given my previous experience with clearing RR2 late into Season 3, there is no such thing as "explicitly season x" shard boxes, though the Station 11 Season 3 Decaextraction Ticket is explicitly limited to pulling a Season 3 000 ID.

I'm almost sure you're wrong on that one. I've also cleared RR2 already in season 3 and I remeber geting half of the crates as thread. The rewards for stations 7 and 9 are listed as season 3 crates and I'm fairly certian they will stay that way once we swap to new season.

Seson 4 anouncement from PM also states that crates left in Lost & Found will be converted once they are claimed.

It doesn't really matter unless OP can spend the shards still before next maintenance, but I don't believe claiming the rewards after season swap would let one avoid shard halving.

Have been hoping for exactly this option
Moth have stone blocke me even by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moments at the end (using spark Same turn as Ardor Star, stacking so much burn lost 2 sinners next turn, i think this was a bug)
so havent claim the boxes in moth or after

Now, concidering we have both a Pro and counter on this i will risk it and claim after season change and report it here to have a definitive solution.

Oh, you appear to be right. I double-checked the Lost & Found and the shard boxes are labeled as Season 3 specifically. Sorry for the confusion.
