No idea, although i like lcb hong/middle meur for sanity regenerating support passives

Depends on how bad you find their sanity drain. Under the right circumstances sunshower heathcliff can have massive problems with hitting -45 sanity within 1 to 2 turns. Unlike N-clair however he only loses sanity that way when not spending his built up sinking and losing clashes (something his S1 is built for), often meaning at around -25 or more he starts regaining sanity instead between now having his S2 and S3 out and their general buffs.

N-clair is a lot more constant, losing sanity for just using abilities. If you don't have N-faust this can often get to the point of him dropping to -45 sanity even with won clashes. But it's also entirely possible to enter a death spiral with him in which he takes so long winning clashes he's constantly gaining sanity instead. Something N-faust negates a little by giving him +2 base power against opponents with nails.

I would say among the two Yi sang's sanity regen is a lot more usable for sun shower than it it n-clair. If only to combat the sanity drain death spiral that is 12 sinking triggering at the start of every combat phase.
