Network Unstable Error

The game is just about unplayable on steam. Nearly every time I load up the game, I get the unstable network error, and the game closes. Sometimes I get lucky and it opens but this is ridiculous. I've set my network settings to private, I've cleared the caches, I've reinstalled the game, and I'm still getting this error. Nothing like this has ever happened with any other steam game I play, and it functions perfectly fine on my phone. Is there any way of fixing this reliably?

As noted in other threads, I've done the same and pc/steam is just not working. Amazing that my mobile phone install working of the same wifi updated and is working okay. I haven't tried a bluestacks install yet

A VPN, is the solution that has been said in every thread with this issue. That, or using other source of internet (like a mobile source, for example)
