Kinda just 2-turned it myself with a Bloody Mist team (by accident, didn't even go all-in, and used some E.G.O vs 2 AOE's which reduced damage considerably too - I can roll casual 24's with this team, but they're not reliable against 28+ enemy AOEs).
Kinda telling how spongy most MD3H bosses are when ones like these are such low-HP pushovers. One run you get a near-infinite HP Railway dog/fish/etc, the other time something short-lived like the chicken dude. If only they'd balance it out.
