burn team worth it ?

i got the new ishamel burn id and i was thinking about making a burn team since my poise one is ready.

I got lucky and managed to pull liu ishamel, is it worth it to try and make/ pull the new liu id's for a burn team? Tbh i just want a excuse to use the ardor blossom star EGO since i love the art.

If you have Walpurgisnacht Outis then Yes.

If you already have all the [Season 3 IDs] or don't care for them, then sure. Burn is fairly playable atm.

Burn is fine, not the strongest team if you're just using Liu IDs but more than functional and the way they sort of pop off can be fun. You'll more than likely want Magic bullet Outis on the team because Liu don't have a gimmick strong enough to go for pure clan synergy and she can play into Rodya's wrath synergy gimmick just fine. I suggest if you're going for pure burn IDs than switch out between dropping Meursault and gregor off the team instead of Liu Hang Lu, because Hang Lu is the only source of teal on the team and arguably clashes better than those two. (Sans Meursault using regret. For mirror dungeon runs I suggest getting him up to 45 so you can use Regret during a boss fight and turn him into a real unit.)

Also yeah, as the other guy said get season 3 IDs/egos first, you won't be able to get them other than pulls for a couple months if you don't.

That won't be for 3 or more months. She's only available during the roughly 2 to 3 week window of the special event. If you're worried about them 'sucking' you should just use them in mirror dungeon normal. The ego gifts help them pop off quicker.

Liu Ish is really, REALLY good burn support. The new Liu IDs IIRC aren't... horrible burn IDs, but not great. But going in on Burn is still a decent idea.

Magic Boolet Outis is better for burn than some of the burn IDs themselves, if only because she can do things BESIDES apply burn. (That thing being lots of damage). But as someone who DOES run burn teams, they work well enough. Liu Ish is the centerpiece because she supports Burn so well, of course. But the new IDs are decent for it too.

I find they're about even, Rodya definitely isn't an upgrade mostly because while she plays mostly the same with a clan support passive, the conditional of it is intense and only really helps you end a fight.

Ehh mostly because she has better coins (15 22 20 vs 14 22 15) on her skills with about equal burn application (she can do aoe burn but also take away count with S3), passive is more or less same (poten instead of count for 30% more dmg) but she can buff team as well.
