Liu Rodya's S3 is capped and consumes count
I'm sorry what
Outis has uncapped Dark Flame on every attack, why are you afraid of Rodya's S3 triggering burn ONCE? Why is it capped at 30?
Does she get good at Uptie 5? Is there something I'm missing?

Ryoshu is also just a generic burn unit that barely does anything but clash well if you got your burn conditionals (As opposed to all other IDs that clash well and also do their job).

Shes built pretty much the same as Ishmael in coins and even the same offensive and defensive values. Only that her S3 trades a coin boost next turn on stagger/kill for a burn matters Coin boost on Uptie 4. Meanwhile she gets a more group hugging passive exchange for potency over count which is far easier to build up.

Meanwhile Ryoshu clashes far better than her 00 allies, but lacks their more *unique* effects they bring to the table.

They're really making it so Der Outis is part of every burn core, which worries me since she's one of the few truly limited banner units in this game. Hoping we get a strong Liu Faust to bring the team together and Rodya's main purpose is just to apply count and potency.

I was expecting Ryoshu would have the powerlevel of a modern ID, not have her compared to Liu's release 00s which are really bad compared to newer 00s.

No. If I'm right, Liu Rodya's main purpose is running Wrath Resonance for her Wrath Resist debuff and Wrath Damage buff.

actually she has a slightly better S1 and a stronger S3, and her S3 has coin power/damage condition, instead of just damage

Her coins with condition (which is really easy if you put her in burn team) was 15 22 20, while Ish is 14 22 15

Both IDs look pretty good to me.

Rodion is like a souped version of Ishmael, and Ryoshu has 14-17-17 conditional clash values - this is really good for a 00 id, maybe even unmatched?

For consistency yeah, having decent S1 for clash is really good since thats half of their skill
half of W Ryoshu clash power is 9 despite she being one of the best clasher aviable atm.

They are regular ids, and regular ids do have a cap. Outis is WN so she is special.

Anyway, they are typical S3 ids. Rodya being standard but slightly better. Ryoshu clashes well but lacks damage.

I've finished a MD3H run with burn team, and now you can active Smooth the Dead smoothly without S1 00 ♥♥♥♥♥.

Ryoshu is not a generic burn ID by virtue of the fact that It's the very first burn ID for the burn character

I think burn's theme is about clashing stably so they have good clash count and good damage, but not especially big numbers. Rodya have good clash like the others, while having a, including the effect thingy, ~200 damage S3, which I think is a high standard S3 damage count for now.

I think this burn count for 30 damage can later apply to more Liu guys too, so maybe we'd have a team who does that for all their S3s, then it becomes a decent effect. Burn is easy enough to stack, I hope they bring things like this more to the table, it's actually pretty good without making everything big numbers.

I personally feel like burn conditionals should not be considered for the character. Because first, you have to win the clash to apply the burn, and it's gone immediately if it isn't at 2 burn count at turn end.

So Liu Rodion reducing burn count by 2 is not winning her any favours.

Ryoshu's only mechanic is clashing better when the enemy has burn, but Liu Rodion clashes better after hitting her conditionals, and requires less burn to do so anyways.

Ngl I'm not honoring this with a counterargument.
