Fuze E.G.O Gifts

i can't for the life of me get a single of the E.G.O gifts that requires you to fuse gifts at a rest stop, can someone please help ?

TLDR: You need to first unlock "add 2 new *AFFLICTION NAME* EGO Gifts" starlight upgrade, and then you need to fuse two specific E.G.O gifts
