Plus, the announcers has no real impact on the story or game, it's purely cosmetic. So what if they just want to give fans an ability to experience a character they like more in the form of a textbox in the top left of your battle screen that you almost never read past the first time you get them? Don't really see any reason to complain about that...
Lastly, I doubt they're really going to do anything that superficial as using the Library as a fan-service thing. The Library itself and the direction it is heading was a cliffhanger and is likely going to be an extremely huge plot point in Limbus. PM would never squander it's potential in the story for temporary entertainment, and if you think so, you must have very very low standards for them...
Small correction here - we've had a new English translator since Chapter 5. Park Geonwoo and Ian Watson (the old translator and localizer, respectively) left the team for their own reasons, and Chi Chong Eun has taken their place, as seen in the Chapter 5 credits.
That being said, I have mad respect for Chi Chong Eun, for carrying on the same writing style established by their predecessors (and doing it so well people can't tell the difference).
And you think they won't find a reason for us to go visit Gebura? They're going to make limbillion from Gebura banner, so that's just a matter of time.
Anything related to actually going to the post LoR library is just not going to happen in the forseeable future, we're talking about power that can match the heavies of the Head, that's post-game superboss territory. a Gerbura banner is in a similarly "nah" camp, that's blowing their load hard and either The Red Mist gets powercrept, or Banners are disappointing forever, if we see a Red Mist banner it'll be because Limbus is dying.
