Sinking itself isn't bad, but it's gated by corroded Rime Shank and you'll need to really ration the EGO resource to get it rolling.
Personally speaking, you can just throw standard charge team at it and it'll get you below 100 turns RR3 just fine.
But if I got it right, it's harder to manage sinking due to E.G.O resources, and for rapture it's tedious to get SheetClair going?
On the other hand, the rupture IDs are generally 00 so they're rather cheap if you wanna get them.
Pretty much this --- with the un-stated T4 Rime Shank.
I usually have T4 Regret Faust as well for that sweet easy S2/S3 AoE.
