I recommend Reindeer Ishmael since the way Test of Big Brother is coded multiplies Mind Whip's stagger bar increase by x4.
You need Level +35 and Uptie 3 for this one.
Don't.
If your sinners are all at around 7 to 3 speed and Ricardo is at 2 speed, he'll attack last. Forget about clashing anything, just attack him and get to his stagger threshold.
She redirects all Attack SKILLs that target him. He saves as many Attack SKILLs 2 & 3 as possible. He Clashes if she can't redirect all.
WAVE 3 / 3. If he uses DEFENSE SKILLs Make This Memorable / Swear Vengeance, use his Attack SKILLs 2 & 3. Her DEFENSE SKILLs Clash against those DEFENSE SKILLs to Offset them.
STAGGER him.
Level 40, Uptie 3 for both: N Corp Sinclair (He Who Shall Grip) and Liu Association Ishmael
Preferrably give Nclair the first slot.
Do your best to protect Nclair. He can take hits, but hopefully you're able to clash everything so he never takes damage.
You want Liu Ishmael to lose her stagger thresholds. She is immortal for this fight, so long as other sinners are alive.
Do your best to save S3s for Ricardo. Nclair can clash potently with his S3. Ishmael should eat up (counter) any skills she can redirect. Ideally you'd be able to redirect everything to Ishmael while Nclair only has to deal with the counter.
Instead, you have to pummel him down to a stagger before he can use that skill in the first place. This is helped by the fact that he lowers his speed and takes double damage and double tremor burst damage for two turns when he uses his evade skill
Note that if you want to beat him down starting on the turn when he evades, have someone "clash" the evade with a defense skill. This will eat the evade so he won't be able to dodge your attacks
