What bleed tier E.G.O gifts you have to put here, so it would result in bloody mist?

And isn't game force you to put 3 E.G.O gifts to fuse them?

New bleed EGO. It's locked behind one of those mini-starlight things that were added, the "add 2 bleed ego gifts" one specifically.
Also no, you can just fuse 2.

You'll probably want the [increased chance of higher rarity gifts in the initial selection] buff, and the third Gift for the Status you're building for because all of the combined Gifts require a tier 3 Gift, and the RNG for those can be painful if the game decides to be spiteful

Ig I thought I'd need Middle/Pequod ID's I missed out, but when I saw PM announcment of Nails being counted as bleed, I found out that my current ID's are good for that too
