Great Update for N Corp and EGO Gifts

So with the next update unique effects that are linked to status trigger EGO gifts. So things like nails will now trigger the passives of bleed effect EGO gifts. The new Dark Flame triggers burn Gifts. So on and so forth. So now we can have nails in are bleed team for MD3 (Oh and maggots is bleed so if that also works that would be neat but not stated as one. Shame).
Judging from how they stated that if they do add any new indirect effects, they will also trigger off EGO gifts. We may be getting more Unique effects that help out a status without being the status in the future.

Not a half bad team, but I would say dropping Rhino is not a bad shout, seeing as though no EGO Gifts really like bleed Count and Hook and nails do a good job on inflicting bleed count

Rhino has 3 coins on both s2 and s3 and both of these trigger bloody mist so he is more focused on just murdering things than bleeding them out. Plus he is a tank which gives him additional value.

Greg is brutal when enough poise can be stacked on him but without poise gifts, which sometimes just refuse to roll, he is kinda lacking damage. Same goes for Pequot yu sang.

I'm also looking forward to test n rodion. She looks like one of these ids that can really benefit from bloody mist if her entire kit will trigger it.

Oh, funnily enough I'm using 4 out of 6 that are the same, but replace Mid Don and Chef Ryo with Grip Sinclair and Grip Faust. Anyway, considering you have two charge units, I'm guessing you already know about using 'Employee card', 'Curriculum Vitae' (these two required), 'Wrist Guard' and 'Nightvision goggles' (optional) to keep everyone on their toes and help Hook Hong Lu with that chance of rolling low with his speed. (Of course this doesn't include the usual stuff you get for bleed team like bloody mist and such)

I don't think bleed have any problem with bleed count in md so I don't think Nail team will be so much more playable with the EGO gift outside of blood misty but it's a nice addiction for who what to play with them. The one that gain the most out of this seem like N Faust in a envy/bleed team as they have blunt and pierce skills to take advantage of gaze while being overall much better than the Nail team. Having Hex nail also counting for bleed is very nice.

With Bloody Mist you don't actually care about Bleed, you just need them to have bleed in their skills to get 2 coin power and 100% more dmg, any amount of bleed or whatever is just a bonus as you can make the boss stagger in the first turn and then do 1 side attack on their broken body parts after that, or just killed them in 1 turn for some bosses really (Crab, Frog is 1 turn victim)

Nah, "Busted with Bloody Mist" is something that can be applied to any ID with bleed/nails, so N-Faust escapes the dumpster, but she's not going to be climbing the tiers.

I agree. EGO gifts can only make an MD3 strong. Outside of it, they are on their own. Faust is one of the few N Corp that can fit on a team, but ever since we got some good bleed count makers, Nails aren't that needed, so Grip Faust is less wanted. Shes still good for Lust teams and keeping a raging Ninclair in check but shes not the power house she was on her release.

Bloody Mist give 2 coin power, coin power and not final coin or whatever, she has 2 3 3 coins and she has Bleed in all 3 skill
Her total Damage wasnt even that bad if you ignore her clash power which is fix by Bloody Mist, its about the same as R Ishmael
She will have extra use if you are using Envy team, because Hex Nail and to no one surpeise you will never runs out of Envy so she can spam it and is guarente Envy sin if you need her for that.

Fair Point, I always forget gaze is just a mega fragile for blunt and pierce. Its why she can still work as a good support. But in the world of clashing outside of MD3 her S1 and S3 are kinda weak unless you have more nails.

You're forgetting that Gaze is the only thing she can provide against 7, and that having an S3 that peaks at 12 power is bad enough that it does drag her overall quality down by a lot. It's genuinely shocking that N-Faust didn't get +1 Coin Power on her S3 from T4, it's such a ball-and-chain dragging her down.
Edit: For reference, her W-corp ID had the same 6+2*3 power, and that got upgraded to 6+3*3, making that another competitor, with 12/14/15 power skills.

That what I felt after using L and N for months.

A 1 Offence level difference is negligible. It's signficant against W-Faust's -1, but not enough to set her decisively ahead given the (still) higher S1 and S3 power.
If you're assuming N-Faust has the nails to trigger her S3 damage boost, then you'd also need to add in Seven's Damage boost against targets with Rupture. and the Coin Power boosts to her S1/2 that set her decisively ahead of N-faust.
