The Red Sack
This Color Fixer is an interesting one, where he apparently carried out deliveries no matter how terrible the terrain or how arduous the journey to all corners of the City with the help of his sidekick Reindeer-Man, he delivered gifts for the children of the City, deemed to be "Kind"...he's hinted at being long dead as this account made by the mad blonde of the Damned Dozen described this tale as "ancient", he was also known to be Devyat Asssociation affiliated (e.g. Militant FedEx)

Okay, is it just me or is this a Christmas themed version of Batman and Robin?! Where instead of delivering blunt force trauma and throwing projectiles to the criminals and the corrupt, they gave gifts to children? He likely had some augmentations that involved traversal through hostile territory, as getting deliveries done successfully in the City is a hazardous task at the BEST of times, he even had enough to apparently be selfless towards the children, although considering that this is an ancient tale, the details might be distorted over time. If Seigfried is the Superman analogue and the Red Sack is the Batman analogue, I'd hate to think what the Wonder Woman analogue would be...oh wait, never mind...I think I already know...

Long dead Slavic militant Christmas themed FedEx batman. But sadly, probably not, it was stated that colors (as well as all fixers) can excel in all spheres, so he might really be just REALY good delivery man.

Vergilius was Seven Association affiliated, which explains why, although he has some combat capability, he's no Red Mist, he's not overpowered against other Color Fixers. Iori was likely Shi Association affiliated as her gear seems to be geared towards assassination, she's certainly more aggressive. Roland...no known Association affiliation, he likely had one, it's just not known yet. As for Reindeer-Man...it'd be crazy to believe that he might be the last clone of a Pack that was killed by the Ravens. (R Corp's internal affairs division)

Or maybe the first? Also Roland was independent until the smoke war, then he joined the Charles.
Its also like another time they talk about Devyat. Its like PM is teasing them so much, they must end up in the story or give us a ID by the end of the season.

It makes sense we often get colours that come from Associations due to any fixer with good skills would be recruited into one or a Corp, for fame and such. Siegfried being a prime for a possible colour for K Corp.
Most Colours normal are at 1st Grade waiting for a colour to become dust. Wouldn't be shocked that certain fixers try removing colours to take their place, which might of happened to a kind fixer like the Red Hood

Roland has no known Association affiliation, as for the Reindeer-man, you suspect that he might've been a template for a Reindeer team?
