Zwei is a tank ID and its main draw is gaining shield based on defence level up, pretty good on his own for soaking damage and gets better when supported by Zwei Faust. Doesnt specifically fit into any team except with Zwei Faust who can further buff his defence level.
G Corp Manager General (at uptie 4) is a damage dealer focused on exploiting rupture to deal even more damage, he also has alot of self healing on this ID. Needs to be in a team of rupture specialists to shine.
Twinhooks Greg is a very fun ID, but you need to put a little more into building around him to get the full effect. As is mentioned, it's important to ensure he's getting extra slots first when he can be, and it helps to pair him with any of the quality bleed IDs (personally favorites are Hook Lu and Pierre Ryo)
G Greg has fallen off considerably since S1, as he was a release ID. His low maximums hamper him as a clasher. His low coin counts are good for rupture teams since he doesn't bring rupture count, but this hurts his ability to be on any other team pretty bad. Still, his sustain is absurd. Only recommend if you love the rupture comp or the design of the ID.
Greg has still yet to have a stand-out ID, so just use whatever, or don't use him.
Twinhook thrives in bleed or poise teams, and there's usually overlap between them so he can thrive anyway. Downside is that there's other characters I want to give the BL Yi Sang passive to.
Poise itself it trash but in MD3 it can be godlike.
Just make sure to pick poise T2 gift which +4poise to every one at start of battle and fully upgrade it later.
The new poise IDs are all very good so you can bring them in md3. The old ones only 00s and BL Yi Sang have some value. The nicest things about the new poise IDs is they don't get much value with BL Yi Sang passive so you can affort to let Pirate Gregor benefit from it(the old poise IDs really crave for that passive) but you can also get Nubalizer and don't care anymore about BL YiSang and bring Harpoon Sang instead which have more reliable performance and bleed synergy.
Actually in hard mode you can get this gift asap on floor 1. Makes things even easier.

Zwei is absolutely solid, while some of their attacks lack in coin power they make up for it with with a combination of attack and endurance that's somewhat difficult to match. He's also got some insane speed which has recently put him on my Cinq team, that and they needed a tank besides oust to help eat some of the meaner hits.
Twin hooks is the one I've used the least but he's also most fun and involved. As other comments mentioned, he's got by far the highest damage potential and my regularly gets highest damage in any line up you put him in. Honestly, they're all great enough it's really hard to pick a best. With similar colors, they can all basically go into any team as a source of sloth and do relatively well, it's just a question of how much of a tank vs. how much of a damage dealer you want.
