Serious problems when updating the game

So for previous couple of hotfixes I kept getting locked on the starting screen i was not able to do anything.

I tried clearing the cache button.. after which the game now has to redownload all the updates (like 7GBs or so) which is going so slow it seams like it will take a week or so to happen.

Further more while this is happening I cannot access the internet on my PC, almost like the download manager is hogging all the resources. But why is the update download going so slow then?

Further more i deinstalled the game but when you install it you do not get the whole game but instead just a part of it.. after which you have to proceed to the downloading the updates steps anyway.

Oh and the game downloaded super fast so it is not my internet.. it is just the updates taking painfully slow.

It would be great if this does not repeat for each update/hotfix.
