I can't even remember if the bosses pre-Ch.3 have any special songs though. Guess the new one at Ch.5's end was pretty good though. Pity the fight was over so damn fast (nerfed waaaay too hard from the looks of it).
If anything, the one for Ch.4's boss seemed meh. But they did start off strong with Ch.3's boss song. So, that was hard to compete with. For non-special occasions, the K-corp zones in Ch.4 have the better stage music (the more techno/upbeat kinda stuff).
Assuming I remembered my chapters right, and Ch.3 = Kromer, and such onwards.
Oh and hell's chicken theme.
I feel like they're the most iconic or the defining tracks of Limbus. Since that's what pops in my head when I think "Limbus Music".
For "Pass On" Yi sang's would be my favorite rendition since it switched up the formula along with fitting his character quite well with it.
Mili has been quite good too, With Compass, Between two worlds and the main theme. Fly my wings is lower since I don't really like the "crying" piano, but I adored it's use in the chapter.
The background songs in Canto V have been going hard.
So that would be my favorite songs overall or an overview of them.
But Compass? Man, that ♥♥♥♥ is serious. Been listening to it quite a lot. The guitarist is a god. So Compass is the best Limbus song so far for me.
Meanwhile vocal is a lot tougher. I gotta split it a bit. From boss side of things compass has taken my hot spot for "song part that is stuck in my head".
Meanwhile for "Pass On" its a toss up between Gregor and Yi Sang for one being pretty sad and the other being quite nice.
this one is pretty good too.
