Extraction ticket got bugged

So 2 days ago I tried contacting pm customer support to no avail. I'm playing limbus on my ipad rn, and IOS devices seems to crash at times. I eventually got used to it, but 2 days ago I was finally using my 000 guaranteed id extraction ticket from RR2 but immediately crashed after the ball formed with chains was visible in the gacha screen. When I logged back in, my id's stays the same but my ticket is now gone. I want to find a way to refund it.

P.S my only evidence is that I claimed the RR2 rewards (ticket), and it's not in my inventory (means that it was used) yet I don't have any season 3 000 Ids

Im sorry to tell you, but RR2 gives season 2 decaextraction. You can look it up on lost and found.

Hm... Have you opened your Extraction Log? You can see what you got from those special tickets by going to Standard Extraction > Extraction History (like, I can still see I've got Middle-Don from my S3 assured-000 ticket in that window).
(Only seems to show recent extractions, though... Don't know if it shows global assured-000 tickets.)

On that note, doesn't the RR2 ticket only yield Season 2 extractions, not season 3? So maybe you simply got nothing out of (but some worthless shards).

Well, if you were meant to recieve something new according to the logs, but don't have it, you could screenshot that and send em another message, I suppose?

Guaranteed S3 id ticket is from the BP, not RR2.
Since extractions are actually automatic (the animations and flourish are only aesthetical) you probably got repeats of previous seasons and they converted to shards. You should check that.

Seconding this, when I was on a phone that could barely run Limbus, I had a crash during extractions, all of the animations are 100% decorative and just there to dress-up the results in a more exciting way. If the ticket was removed, it gave you the products. a 000 guaranteed ticket carries no guarantee of a new 000, and since it has no weighting there's low odds of actually getting one of the Season 3 IDs. If it was the ticket from RR and not the BP then it couldn't give a Season 3 ID anyway, it's the Season 2 RR so it gives a Season 2 Ticket, it can't yield IDs from Season 3 (or 1, or non-seasonal)

My bad yall. I actually got the season 3 extraction ticket from the limbus pass I bought. Guess I was in brainrot state when posting this cuz I just had a perfect MD2 run with charge team
