The idea while good on theory it's mechanics are sooooooo trash. Seriously why do you keep using that EGO?

I have heard the argument "Oh but it heals a lot of hp it's the core of my teeeeaaam" come on has anyone need healing. Just don't get hit simple as that. You don't need healing if you keep winning clashes.

Why experts put it in S tier

The only thing that has come out of EGOs is Chains of Others my beloved.

It's mostly used for the sanity gain, not the health gain. It helps a lot with keeping sanity up when you need to ego spam.
