Lantern Sinclair sucked me dry

My +20,000 Lunacy is reduced to 4000+, including using up three 10 pull tickets. By far in all of my Limbus extraction history, he is the only unit to consistently drain me of my lunacy.

Did anybody else have this kind of luck getting him or was it just me?

Check the probabilities, he's something like 0.6%, not a huge improvement on standard EGO chances. I doubt it's going to be uncommon to just do dozens of 10-pulls with no results. So far I've only got 3 EGOs from all the gacha pulls I've done, none from banners.

I just did a 10-pull, got 2 00 dupes and that's it. Next week I'll try the Hong Lu banner.

I'll be honest, with egos I pull twice and immediately switch to yellow boxes. I have TERRIBLE luck with them. Enjoy all the ego shards though!

pulling EGO banner is mistakes. you should use yellow box.

Oof. That's a painful lesson to learn... NEVER. EVER. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EVER EVER EVER EVER ROLL FOR EGO!!!!!!!!!!!!

The chance for that is MINISCULE. The way it works, is that, IF, and I mean ****IF**** you get E.G.O from a roll, it'll be more likely to be that particular E.G.O, but it doesn't increase the chances of getting E.G.O from the banner itself, just the chances of WHEN you get E.G.O for it to be the banner's E.G.O. If that makes any sense.

So, sadly, yeah, always Shard your E.G.Os or just wait for them to come to you. Rolling for them always ends up in disappointment. But hey, 20K Lunacy must've atleast given you a ton of Shards. Maybe even enough to buy the E.G.O outright in the Dispenser.

I can't blame the poor sod for being decieved by PM's false advertising. Everyone's bound to run into that issue sooner or later if they haven't read up on it on the forums or somewhere else. It's a predatory business that operates by scamming the ill-informed and weak-minded.

The only time it might EVER be alright to try and "pull" E.G.O is if it's event-only E.G.O and you either have a LOT (like, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Scrooge McDuck levels) of Lunacy, or it's something extremely useful (like if a HE Event E.G.O came out for a character who has no HE E.G.O's yet, or it has a cheesy ability, or it heals, etc), because you (presumably) can't Dispense a Event E.G.O via Shards until loooooooooooooong after, when 2 "seasons" have passed.

How is that false advertising, exactly? Surely you don't expect to get every thing you want from gacha in just a few pulls..? That is why PM introduced shards and exchange shop for a reason. You can easily get yourself a guaranteed ID/EGO through the shop every two weeks or so, which is how frequent banners roll out. Bro really called that "Predatory business" LMFAO

Dude, each banner gives you the % chances of getting each potential result. It's only "false advertising" if you can't re---- oh.

I used up all my yellow boxes to uptie all my units lol
