Report a translation problem
So far I'm under the impression Ishmael's Mind Whip just needs her to be at 10 Charge when the combat starts, scrambling the target if it isn't at 10+ in that moment, otherwise keeping the target as assigned.
But I could be mistaken (and really lucky/careful thus far), though. Hard to say which of the two occured. Considering her lackluster attack power (otherwise), it'd be nice if it worked like that, though.
