This is terrible advice considering that doing a 10-pull guarantees a 00.

Is this your first gacha game? Limbus company is very kind with their gacha compare to other game.
On other game(Use blue archive as ref.) you usually need like 100+ pull to get the target banner while the currency is very harsh to come by(10-30 per month depend on your ranking).
On limbus company I usually pull much less to get target extract(even if the rate is about the same at around 3% for top tier) while the resources is easy to come by(Mirror dungeon daily = 1 pull everyday and you can do 2 per day if you convert energy to module which is 60 pull every month from mirror dungeon alone)

I refuse to use SOMEONE ELSE'S One Who Shall Grip Sinclar, it MUST be mine, I MUST see the pull cut scene, I MUST see the uptie cut scene MYSELF, I refuse to stoop to such a level. If i STILL manage to not have him by the end of this month, I'm going to quit and just finish my Library of Ruina playthrough. I hate gacha games.

If your luck is that bad try aiming for 200 pull each target extraction. And I don't thing it will become season 1 exclusive. Gacha game usually rotate the target banner even character that only appear on their target banner so it will eventually come back. Now back to limbus company every new character can be traded right away with thread and I don't think project moon will do scummy thing like any other whale bait gacha game do(abusing people's fear of missing out). So I am 90% sure that the one who shall grip will not be season exclusive.
