what happens to railway 1?

we know that PM intends to keep the hells chicken event in the game as chapter 3.5 (with at least the story, probably also the stages?), but what about refraction railway? there's currently a selection screen for the railway which would be rather pointless if there's only ever one railway at a time though right? and pm seems keen to have everything in the game remain playable/obtainable in the future. (which is a great decision imo)

so is railway one going to just stay in the game with no rewards, or is it going to be perma removed? (with the abnos presumably added to md 2 or something?) just wondering if it's been stated anywhere?

It's going away once the event is over. I know access to the "Lost and Found" is going away (unclaimed stuff will be mailed to you IF you paid the modules to unlock it) which implies to me that the actual railway will become inaccessible too.

However wording in the post explaining the Railway suggests it may return in the future. We won't be without a Railway for too long anyway since Railway 2 opens in July.

It does make sense for them to add the couple of unique mobs to Mirror Dungeon 2 since that opens in June.
