Can someone please clarify the wording on Faust's Telepole EGO?
The passive says skills cost -2 charge. does this mean all skills deplete 2 charge or the W corp's skill 2 and 3 now only cost 1 charge and 3 charge respectively?

No it means when you use it it takes away 2 charge from faust.

it means that the W faust's skill 2 and 3 are cheaper, they cost less charge
