game capped at 60 FPS but the overall performance seems terrible. dragging the mouse across To select my attacks causes the game to stutter down to 40 FPS.

These are my specs and the game runs like garbage After the patch. I have some of the strongest parts on the market. The only thing I could upgrade would be my 3080 to a 4090.

Graphics card Gigabyte edition RTX 3080 .

Motherboard: ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI

Processor: 7950X 16 core 32 thread - NH-D15 - Noctua Cooler

Power supply: Seasonic 1300 watts 80 plus platinum.

Two sticks of 16 gigabytes DDR5 6000 megahertz.

Two Samsung, 980. 2 terabyte. m.2 drives.

Yeah. It's also a problem that the frame rate is CAPPED at 60, but it feels like a performance issue has arisen. this is awful

60 FPS? I can hardly even get 30 here. It is a constant FIFTEEN FRAMES PER SECOND. I know PM's code is utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but Godamn, what did you do to make it THIS bad!?

Part of me suspects it's that stupid Battleye DRM garbage they added that's chogging the CPU and lowering the framerate to a crawl for no reason. (But it also could be PM's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sphaghetti code.)
