Your example doesn't quite add up, the aberration for red shoes in Wonderlab is Penitent Girl and not pink shoes. If you're declaring the pink shoes to also be an aberration, then there can be more than just 1 aberration for an abnormality.

My guess is, KQE is actually a part of Nothing There that found it's "fulfillment" by mimicking a tour robot. The reasoning for that is: if they have (almost) identical code, their source of origin must be exactly the same.

It's only a theory, though.

I'm not sure where the idea that abberations are a one off thing came from, but it's clearly not cannon since Wonderlab did have aberrations of Red Shoes and Nothing There that don't match up to the Pink Shoes and Everything There that are in Limbus.

The idea of the tour robot being an abberation of Nothing There seems unlikely to me, nothing related to NT matches up to the Heart to my knowledge and it's be pretty lame for PM to keep recycling that one abno so much, but I certainly could be wrong.

You're making an assumption there, there isn't evidence either way that the Everything There of an Inquisitor is a Distorted human or a human that's had an Abno attach to and overtake them, (not that there's much difference between Distortions and Abnormalities, Abnos are basically just proto-distortions made using Cogito to induce Distortion, and LoR makes a point of stating the similarities between Abnos and Distortions)
But from how the game describes the ET-Inquisitors in the story tab it suggests that the clawed arm/meat part is in control, which implies controlled by Abno

Damn, I didn't expect this of all things to get me nostalgic.
In the Backstreets, you could sometimes find toys from ages ago.
One of them was a toy crane where you grab dolls trapped behind the glass. You move the claw using a joystick from the outside, and send it down to grab whatever's underneath.
It was pretty tight. Yep.
And here I am... Being put in the dolls' shoes after all this time.
I sure as hell didn't see this stupid machine play the crane game with us!

This is pretty disturbing, but... When it tried to grab us, we managed to dodge it one time.
After that big robot claw went upwards… Bah, sorry, I thought I got over it.
It came down again, holding some…machine egg thing.
When I got closer… I saw that the mechanical film was pounding to a beat.
Like a heart.
I know, this makes no sense normally. So don't comment stuff like "a heart can't beat outside an organism's systems" or whatever. You saw that thing move too, right?

The claw was a pretty big bother to get around, but when we cut into that thing somehow, that tin can stopped moving! Haha, that sure gave us a breather.

No, there a huge difference between EGOs and Abnormalities, if you saying that they are somehow the same then you are in the big wrong here, also I will have to remind a bit about distorted entities here as well. It gonna be long, so be prepare people.

So, first thing first EGO, which is Extermination of Geometrical Organ, is an equipment that only a small portion of individuals are able to manifest it from their mind, and their mind alone. So, these equipment tend to be unique, and only them and them alone are able to use, I like to say again EQUIPMENT and they do not require Lotobomy Singularity to form, the Cogito.
Which is the first method to acquire an EGO, the 2nd way is like we saw in the first game Lotobomy Corp, which we use the energy we "farm" from abnormality, in form of enkephalin that we using in Limpus Company, and use Cogito, which is a Singularity of Lotobomy to form, create, make, etc ... the EGO equipments, these EGOs has the characteristics of Abnormalities it from.

For example, the armor and helmet the Red Mist wore during her day, is her own EGO which you can never see anything like it anywhere else but her, and if you wonder why her weapon are similar to Nothing There, then yes it was not her EGO from the begin, she got it some time in the past, which it was still a prototype at that moment, and PM did not give us too much information on the matter, so really I don't really know.

Abnormalities are in fact did not exist. but somehow when the project Seed of Light of Carmen was conducted in outskirt, these being begin to form, I will do more research on matter why they are form, but now it is all I know for the moment. These beings which are called, abnormalities, are manifested from humans mind, I repeat humanS, as such is reflect certain aspect of human emotions, so basically these being are basically immortal as long as humans still exist, they cannot be kill, never truly gone, and always there.

Distorted being are in fact was human, before they metamorphosis into hellish of fresh and blood, or become something as disgusting as one can think of, or become very beautiful being, etc .... it depends heavily on the individual mindset and circumstances, before they transform, they are not abnormalities, they are distorted being.
This is where people mistake Abnormalities with Distorted is here.

And there is also this thin gap between forming one own EGO or gone Distorted here, when certain individual are put to the limit, when their back again the wall, where all hope seems lost, or their meaning of life shattered, the roll check begin, like I said early, EGOs are in the mind, so basically we all has unique EGO in each of our mind, in the City ofc not irl. But somehow slumber and never awake, but in certain condition are met, it awoke, and the ordeal begin, if that certain individual somehow pass the roll check, they will be able to manifest their own EGO, and trust me, the number never go beyond single digit. Timeline here, abnormalities begin to pop up when Carmen started her project on the outskirt, distorted being started to show up after the the "White nights and Dark days" event.

Luckily, the project Carmen started was ruined half-way, if not everybody in the City will be able to access to their EGOs as easy as you breath.

Abnormalities existed before the experiments in the outskirts. Cogito wasn't created, they just discovered a way to produce it themselves. The Black Forest is noted to have Cogito that allowed the birds to naturally appear in the world.

Red Shoes (Lob Corp): The Penitent Girl (Wonderlab) / Pink Shoes (Limbus)
Fairy Festival (Lob Corp): Titania (Wonderlab) / Gentleman Fairy (Limbus)

Also Nothing there had an aberration appear in Wonderlab, it was called Nobody Is

I'm pretty sure the Everything There inquisitors is an example of E.G.O corrosion, when someone wears an E.G.O suit that is too powerful for too long, they will fuse with it. When some characters in Wonderlab try on Titania's E.G.O suit, flowers start to grow on their fingertips. I'm guessing that N-Corp has the Everything There aberration in a facility somewhere that they extracted a bunch of suits from.
