did you ever see Your Shards Stack over 100 Each of them when Your Get Bad rolls ? if you have more shards The lower requirement to use Golden Box to get 000 & E.G.O Character you want.

for example I have 100 Meursault shards, that mean i just need 150 Golden Box To Get Pursuance E.G.O

Or I have 100 Heat Cliff shards, That Mean i just need 150 Golden Box to get Op R Rabbit Heat Cliff.

150 Shards ? just need 100 golden Box.

brown boxes are fine to be opened up when you git them, the only reason to keep hoarding them is to see big numbers when you open them all
but yeah , keep your gold boxes till you wanna unlock something, i've been picking brown boxes from mirror dungeon from the very begening, and that amounted to needing fewer gold boxes to get 000 N corp identities,
a while ago i made a calculation on when gold boxes are better than brown boxes , i'm just gonna disregard whatever i found and keep on farming brown boxes since, eventually they'll release a nice id for a character you 100% unlocked

Hitting the return key too much makes whatever you're saying "sound" like a skipping CD. It's jarring and "sounds" really bad to your reader.

Anyway....

There's no reason to hold on to random boxes.

You're better off cracking them open ASAP, that way you know what shards you have. Once you know how many shards you have for a Sinner you can then decide how many gold boxes you need to open to get close to 400 shards.

When to use Nominal/gold Boxes is highly situational and generally depends on the state of each player's account.

If you already have a lot of 3* units and don't have the extra shards/thread to uptie them to T3 there's some case for opening a few of them to get the units you like using to T3 because of how much of a power boost it is. Keep in mind that for the price of buying ONE 3* identity from the dispenser you can uptie about 4 other 3* identities to T3 which might be more beneficial to your account than saving up for one of the 3* identities you're missing.

If you don't have many 3* units then yeah, keep those boxes until you have enough shards + boxes to get someone you want.

I don't agree with saving all of them until the final banner of the season though. Lunacy is arguably more valuable than boxes (since it's not halved at the end of the season) so if buying a unit from the dispenser would save you from pulling on a banner might be a better to open some boxes and buy the unit you want instead of pulling.

You get more if you use the free daily.
Pass XP from Daily MD = 20*3 + 7*4 = 88 -> extra 8.8 box a week -> around 35 box a month.
Pass XP from Daliy Exca = 7 box a week = 28 box a month
Total: 35+45+16 = 108 boxes a month.

If you buy the PremiumPass then it's triple that value.

it's only half that get auto-converted, so that's still a considerable headstart on saving for stuff next season
