Can someone explain what Resonance does exactly?

I only recently had it pointed out to me that Absolute Resonance requires adjacency so I'd like some help to decide how much it's worth when considering an attack.
If you can provide examples like [G] [G] [L] [W] [G] it would be helpful

It boost clash power of all skills in that chain by the amount of resonances. Like if you have 5x lust absolute resonance each of them get a +5 during clash.

I'm not 100% sure if I got the number right, it's all quite vague

Sin Resonance - Increasing with how deep the skill is into the chain (meaming first getting bonus for 1, second for 2 and ect.), counting only sins of the same type. Absolute Sin Resonance - Increasing with how many skills of the same sin are in the same chain in a row. If there is 4 Abs resonance - all four getting bonus for four. They increase offensive level, which has little effect on the dmg output and much less - clash power (if you have 5 off.lvl more that enemy, you get +1/1 clash power. 10 for 2/2 and ect.). So it buffs another stat THAT THEN turns into clash power
